22 years! That's how long these two were raising twin daughters, growing careers and creating bonds with their neighbors! SOLD! We did it. We dug in, and we found it. Pickleball courts nearby and all! 🙂 It was such a pleasure to help this lovely couple when they narrowed it down to the "firepit house". When you see as many homes as we did, you have to start naming them all creatively just to remember which is which! Referred to us by another client we adore, this super fun brother and sister duo made a wise choice years ago to invest in real estate and buy a home together. The equity they had in their home really paid off when they decided to sell the home and one moved out of state and one moved to downtown DSM. Excited for what comes next for them...Yay!

This amazing lady (who required me to be in the photo, a rare sighting indeed!) was heading into a new season of life and desired to sell her lovely family home of 20+ years and downsize. What I love most about SB? Her ability to laugh with me the whole way through, in honesty and in full awareness of the stress she was under to make the transition happen (at 80+ years of age). Yet, we always giggled a bit. She gave stuff away to friends and family, donated a truckload of furniture to refugee families and found a new place to land. Truly an inspiration. Is it weird to say how proud I am of her and her grace? We were so honored to be a part of her journey. Congrats!!!
